Polish Heritage Events In Michigan
MICHIGAN – The Polish Heritage Group of Our Lady of the Scapular Parish in Wyandotte is sponsoring a number of Polish Heritage events. They are as follows:
Saturday, November 1st and Sunday, November 2nd – Christmas Bazaar held in OLS Social Hall. Items for purchase from the Polish Art Center. Free Admission! Enhance your own tradition…. Give as gifts! Times: Sat. 1-6 p.m. • Sun. 9 a.m.-1:30 pm.
Saturday, November 8th – Chrusciki Making Class “Angel Wings”. Noon in OLS Social Hall. Small fee.
Saturday, November 15th – The Art of Making Wycinanki (Christmas Paper Ornaments) 1 pm in OLS Social Hall. Small fee.
Wednesday, November 19th and Saturday, November 22nd – The Art of Making Homemade Pierogi. Both classes held in OLS Social Hall. Times: Wed. 1 p.m. • Sat. Noon. Includes ½ dozen pierogi to take home!
Saturday, December 6th – Kielbasa Making. Noon in OLS Social Hall/Kitchen. Includes 5 lbs. to take home! (Fee)
Saturday, December 13th – Wigilia Workshop. 1 p.m. in OLS Social Hall. Learn the meaning behind the beautiful traditions of a Polish Christmas Eve! (Fee)
Saturday, December 13th – Wigilia Supper. Begins upon spotting of first star (approximately 6 p.m.) in OLS Auditorium. Experience firsthand the beautiful traditions of a Polish Christmas Eve! (Fee)

All the Designs were created by Agnieszka using elements which she collected during her travels around the world.
