RECIPE – November 21st

Quick Turkey Dinner

1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Egg Beaters or 2 eggs
2 T. margarine
1 16-oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
Parsley for garnish
In a bowl combine turkey, crumbs, and eggs. Mix until well blended. Shape into patties. In large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine. Brown patties on both sides. Blend cranberry sauce, water, and bouillon. Pour over patties. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until done. Arrange patties on dish. Spoon over sauce and garnish with parsley.
