Business Networking At NJBG – Sept. 26th
NEW JERSEY – Join members of the Ringwood, West Milford, and other Chambers of Commerce for an evening of networking and light refreshments in the Garden’s beautiful surroundings on Thursday, September 26, from 6 to 8 pm, with a garden tour at 5:30 pm.  The New Jersey State Botanical Garden at Skylands is located on Morris Road in Ringwood. This event, offered in cooperation with the Ringwood and West Milford Chambers of Commerce, is open to all Chamber members throughout the area. Refreshments are sponsored by Lakeland Bank. “Raise Some Dough” With Book A Cure
NEW JERSEY – Find a way to “raise some dough” with Book A Cure, a team in the Relay for Life Clifton, who will be partnering with UNO’s Chicago Grill, 426 Route 3 West in Clifton for a fundraising event on September 26th. The annual Relay for Life of Clifton is set for Saturday, May 31, 2014 2 PM to Sunday, June 1, 2014 6 AM at Clifton Stadium. Archdiocesan Shrine of Blessed John Paul II In Linden
NEW JERSEY – Let us celebrate! St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Parish in Linden announces the establishment of the Archdiocesan Shrine of Blessed John Paul II. Feast of St. Therese at Holy Face Monastery
NEW JERSEY – Please join in the celebration of the feast of St. Therese of the Child Jesus at Holy Face Monastery in Clifton on Tuesday, October 1. There will be all day Eucharistic adoration, confessions (2-5), Praying the Rosary with St. Therese (4:30), Holy Mass at 7:30 pm followed by a procession and distribution of blessed roses. Flag Raising In Pawtucket
RHODE ISLAND –  The Polish Sub-Committee of the R. I. Heritage And Preservation Commission is once again promoting October as Polish Heritage Month.  It was declared by then Pres. Ronald Reagan. The Polish Flag will be raised at Pawtucket City Hall, October 1, 2013 at 1:30 P.M.. The flag will be flown the whole month of October. A Special Display assembled by Cheryl Babiec can be viewed during the regular hours of the City Hall. Be Proud and show our continued interest in celebrating October as Polish Heritage Month!
