“Alive 2014” – Live Musical & Presentation
NEW JERSEY – The Church of Grace and Peace located at 1563 Old Freehold Road in Toms River will be hosting “Alive 2014” – a live musical and dramatic presentation of the greatest story ever told. Performances: Thursday, April 17; Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19 at 7 pm each night. Small children are not encouraged to attend due to graphic crucifixion scenes. Enjoy your lunch or dinner and you will be supporting the team and be a part of contributing to cancer research to find a cure for cancer. Divine Mercy Novena

Join us at the Community Recreation Center on Friday, April 25, 2014 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. for our Annual Daddy/Daughter Date Night. Create an everlasting memory. Enjoy elegant dining tables, a light dinner (served 6 – 6:45 p.m.), music and dancing, contests, billiards, board games, arts and crafts and much more. All dads/daughters will have the opportunity to receive a photograph together during the evening (additional fee applies). Show your daughters a great night out on the town. You’ll be sure to have a wonderful evening with your child and give mom some alone time or bonding time with the other kids. The pre-registered cost is $5.00 per Daddy/Daughter (there is an additional $2.00 fee for multiple daughters attending with the same Dad). St. Therese and Divine Mercy Fundraiser Event
NEW JERSEY – In the spirit of the Easter Season, all are invited to join us on Thursday Evening, April 24th at 7 pm sharp at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley for a concert/talk on St. Therese (“the little flower”) and Divine Mercy. Three time Grammy nominee, singer, songwriter, and producer , Marty Rotella will perform a deeply moving musical concert and Rev. John Carlos DeSousa (Parochial Vicar, OL Fatima, Elizabeth) will speak on the centrality of Divine Mercy in the life and sprituality of St. Therese. Half of the proceeds will go to the victims of the recent typhoon in the Phillippines and half will go for the support of the St. Therese Ministry, LLC. HVPS Offers Scholarships
NEW YORK – Through its many activities, the Hudson Valley Polonaise Society members work to raise funds to support various programs and projects. The HVPS will be awarding two $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors who are of Polish descent. Seniors must be graduates of Orange County high schools; or the son or daughter of an active Hudson Valley Polonaise Society member. Graduating seniors who meet the criteria and who attended Orange County, NY high schools are encouraged to contact their Guidance Office for an application.
