Night Owl Bingo
NEW JERSEY – WAKE UP!  WAKE UP!   COME OUT AND PLAY. St Stanislaus Kostka Church is sponsoring a NIGHT OWL BINGO on SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 2014. Doors open at 9:00 pm. Games start at 11:00 pm. Cardiac Assessment
NEW JERSEY – In collaboration with Hackensack UMC Mountainside, the Clifton Health Department will be providing a Cardiac Assessment at the Clifton Health Department on Friday, March 28 from 9:30 to 11:30 am.  Come and learn your cardiac risk through cholesterol testing, blood pressure, BMI/body fat composition and waist circumference.  Counseling by a staff physician will also be provided.  This screening costs $30.00 a person and $25.00 for those who are age 55 or older. The fee goes directly to Hackensack UMC Mountainside.  Registration is required, to make an appointment or for more information please call (973) 470-5760. This screening is open to residents of Clifton and Little Falls. The Clifton Health Department is a contractual health agency for the ownship of Little Falls.

Clifton Skate Day!
NEW JERSEY – Come and enjoy a day out with family and friends for the 2014 Clifton Skate Day at Floyd Hall Ice-Skating Arena.  This event will be conducted on Saturday, March 29, from 1:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. The cost will be $5.00 per person and includes 2 hours of skating, skate rental and a candy surprise.  You must have a coupon to attend for the discounted price. Jigsaw Puzzle Contest
NEW JERSEY – Clifton Recreation Department presents: Jigsaw Puzzle Contest. How fast can you and 4 friends or family members complete a 500 piece puzzle? Date:   Tuesday, April 1, 2014; Time:  Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; Contest runs from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.; Location: Community Recreation Center, 1232 Main Avenue, Clifton. Fee: $5.00 per team of 5 (maximum 5 participants per team). All teams will compete against one another regardless of the age make-up of the participants on your team.  The winning team will receive awards. If no one completes the puzzle in the time allotted, the team with the most complete puzzle will win. There will be no registration at the door, so please pre-register your team (team captain only). ILLINOIS – Polish-American Group Outing at The Field Museum in Chicago on April 4-5. Imagine roaming The Field Museum in Chicago, Ill. at night! The evening begins with orientation and various workshops in the main hall. Stop by Dinosauria! Afterwards, we will watch a performance, munch on a snack, enjoy late night activities, and explore the Museum’s exhibitions, including Inside Ancient Egypt by flashlight.
