Lecture At Felician College To Celebrate Year of Faith
LODI, NEW JERSEY – The Religious Studies Department at Felician College will present a special lecture entitled “John Cardinal Newman and Conscience” to celebrate the Year of Faith. The lecture will be held in Obal Hall on the Lodi campus on Thursday, February 28 at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The guest speaker is Father Joseph W. Koterski, a Jesuit priest of the Maryland Province of the Society of Jesus. Father Koterski has been a member of the Philosophy Department of Fordham University since 1992 and is Editor-in-Chief of the International Philosophical Quarterly. In 2008 he was elected president of the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars. He is a published author and has produced lecture courses on Aristotle’s Ethics, Natural Law and Human Nature, and Biblical Wisdom Literature. Free Seminar On The Medicare-Medicaid Maze
NEW JERSEY – The New Jersey State Bar Foundation will present a free public seminar on successfully navigating through the “Medicare-Medicaid Maze” on Monday, March 4, 1-3 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, One Constitution Square off Ryders Lane in New Brunswick. The firm is known for serving the legal needs of the elderly, people with disabilities and those who care for them.
