Constitution Day Mass & Youth Program

MASSACHUSETTS – St. Valentine’s Polish National Catholic Church, 127 King Street, Northampton, MA will hold its sixth annual “Polish Dinner” on Sunday, May 5, at noon in the Parish Hall. The menu will consist of traditional Polish fare (Golabki, Pierogi, Cabbage with Spareribs, Kielbasa, Ham and more). The St. Joseph’s Polish Dance group from Westfield, MA has again been invited and will entertain performing traditional Polish Dances. Polish American Club of Toms River Events
NEW JERSEY – The next meeting of the Polish American Club of Toms River will be held on Saturday, May 4 at 1:00 pm at the First Aid Squad on Garfield Avenue in Toms River. On May 19, 2013, the “Member of the Year” Spring Dance will be held at the Clarion Hotel at 12 noon with the Chet Kayer Band providing the music. Elite Heat Boxing Tournament
NEW JERSEY – On Thursday, May 3rd, the 3rd annual Elite Heat Boxing Tournament will take place at Trenton High School. The Tournament will feature the top amateurs from all over the country and is open to any boxer 8 years old and up. Late registration will take place on May 2nd between 7 am and 9 pm. The weigh INS will take place on May 3rd between 7 am and 1 pm. Later that day at 3 pm will be the coaches and draw meeting with the prelims and quarterfinals beginning at 6 pm. On May 4th at noon The Quarterfinals and the Semi Finals will take place. The Tournament will conclude on Sunday, May 5th with the finals in all classes beginning at 11 am. Cooking For A Cure Competition

A “Bark For Life” Event
NEW JERSEY – The Relay for Life of Clifton/Passaic Valley are sponsoring a Bark for Life. The event will be held at Barbour’s Pond in Garret Mountain Reservation on Saturday, May 4 from 9-1 PM. Rain date is Sunday, May 5. Bark for Life is a non-competitive dog walk that gives dog owners and their four-legged friends an opportunity to raise funds to help the American Cancer Society save lives and create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. So bring your best canine friend and join us for a fun-filled day starting at 9 AM with registration and refreshments, followed by the opening ceremony at 10AM. At 10:30 AM there will be a survivor lap for any dog that is a cancer survivor. Demonstrations, games and contests will fill the day as well.
